Built through experience
Equipro was founded by Caitlin Oldham, who has worked within the Eventing profession for over a decade.
Through years spent on professional yards, at national and international competitions, and alongside some of the best riders and grooms in the industry, Caitlin has developed a wide range of practical skills and experience that she is passionate about sharing with others.
Having not grown up in a traditional horsey background, she built her career through hands-on learning, sampling many different techniques and approaches.

Alongside years of practical experience, Caitlin also holds her BHS Stage 3 qualification and has worked with horses of all types, temperaments, and needs.
Equipro’s training is designed to be approachable, flexible, and hands on, helping people learn real world skills in a way that is accessible and tailored to the individual.

Horse welfare, turnout, and day to day management have always been at the centre of Caitlin’s work.
From grooming at major competitions to producing young horses and running her own yards, she understands the importance of skilled, knowledgeable care both at home and in professional settings.
Equipro was created to help riders, grooms, freelancers, and horse owners develop confidence, improve practical skills, and learn professional techniques that can be applied in everyday equestrian life.
